Ce au scris Meghan Markle şi prinţul Harry în ultimul mesaj oficial

Prințul Harry şi Meghan Markle nu vor mai reprezenta monarhia britanică de la 31 martie. Este oficial sfârșitul unei ere. Cei doi și-au încheiat îndatoririle regale și sunt în sfârșit pregătiți să încheie procesul prin care devin „independenți financiar”.

Pentru a marca sfârșitul acestei perioade din viața lor, Harry și Meghan au scris o postare de rămas bun pe Instagram. Aceștia le-au transmis urmăritorilor că, deși poate însemna sfârșitul îndatoririlor lor în calitate de membri activi ai casei regale, activitatea lor de caritate va continua.

„Deşi s-ar putea să nu ne mai vedeţi atât de des, munca noastră va continua”, au scris cei doi soţi în ultimul lor mesaj publicat pe pagina lor de Instagram, SussexRoyal. „Mulţumim întregii comunităţi – pentru sprijin, inspiraţie şi angajamentul împărtăşit de a face bine în lume. Aşteptăm cu nerăbdare să luăm din nou legătura cu voi în curând. Aţi fost minunaţi! Până atunci, vă rugăm să aveţi grijă de voi şi de cei din jurul vostru”, au adăugat prinţul britanic şi soţia lui, care nu şi-au mai folosit titlurile oficiale şi s-au semnat în finalul mesajului doar cu prenumele lor – Harry şi Meghan.

Ultimul anunţ oficial a arătat și reacția lor privind epidemia de coronavirus. „Ceea ce este cel mai important în acest moment este sănătatea și bunăstarea tuturor celor de pe glob și găsirea de soluții pentru numeroasele probleme care au apărut în urma acestei pandemii”.
